COMMUNITY IMPACT

Bowman Deserves a Place to Gather

Bowman has been without a full grocery store since its former market was lost to fire. Families continue to travel outside the community for many everyday food needs. At Modalan, we have already seen neighbors reconnect across tables after years apart. The Gathering Place will carry that connection forward through food access, local jobs, family programming and opportunities for farmers and entrepreneurs.

Our impact goals:

  • Fresh Food Closer to Home
  • Local Jobs and Entrepreneurship
  • Activities & Education for Children and Families
  • A New Community Gathering Place
